What began as a chance opportunity in Los Cabos grew into a calling rooted in connection, care, and the extraordinary beauty of intentional design.

What I love most about this work today is the transformation—the journey from vision to reality, the human connection, the moment when it all comes together and simply feels right. We don’t just plan events; we craft experiences that are emotionally rich, financially sound, beautifully designed, and deeply personal.

My role is to listen closely, stay centered, and remember: this isn’t my event—it’s yours. While I hold a timeless aesthetic at heart, I tune in to your story, your values, and your desires, then guide a team that makes it all come to life with precision and purpose.

I’m proud to lead this team and to have recently earned my MBA, studying at both London Business School and Kellogg School of Management. That milestone has deepened my commitment to excellence—because experience isn’t just about years, it’s about growth.

Carolina Puentes is a passionate wedding planner born and raised in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The ocean and romance have always been a part of her life, inspiring her to design unique and memorable weddings. She loves connecting with couples, listening to their stories, and bringing their most special dreams to life.

When she’s not planning weddings, Carolina spends time with Avelina, her adorable four-legged companion who brings joy and energy to her days.

Carolina believes every wedding should be an authentic reflection of the love being celebrated, filled with details that tell the couple’s story and emotions that last a lifetime. With a deep love for her hometown, the ocean, and the magical landscapes of Los Cabos, she combines creativity, professionalism, and passion to make unforgettable weddings a reality.

Carolina Puentes

As a senior wedding planner, Jimena brings over six years of experience working with high-profile clients and more than four years of deep love for the wedding industry. Her foundation in political science and international relations gives her a distinct approach to wedding planning: strategic, composed, and attuned to both people and process. She’s known for her ability to take complex ideas and turn them into clear, beautiful timelines, as well as for creating celebrations that feel as effortless as they are intentional.

Her calm presence and thoughtful coordination help couples enjoy not just the wedding day, but the journey leading up to it.

SR. WEDDING PLANNER

Jimena Jorge

From La Paz Baja California Sur, Frania joined the team sharing her designing and project execution skills. Her studies in architecture and urban strategies have led her to develop herself into the design field, focusing in architectural drawing, creating plans and graphic representation for important architecture brands in Monterrey NL.

Creative and detail-oriented, she focuses on providing her couples with the best experience during the design process to make their vision come to reality from the inspirations, through floral selection and decor to the big day. What she values most is connection with the couple, their vision, and that unforgettable moment when they see their reception space for the first time. For Frania, that reaction is truly priceless.

EVENT DESIGNER

Frania Logan

Armando Ruiz is the Marketing and PR Director at Karla Casillas and Co., where he brings more than 15 years of creative industry experience to one of the most respected names in luxury destination weddings. His career spans international campaigns, direct work with Formula 1 teams, and strategic roles in the tech space, giving him a rare blend of precision, innovation, and emotional intelligence.

With a degree in Tourism Business Administration and a Master’s in Marketing and Innovation, Armando combines structured thinking with intuitive storytelling—qualities deeply tied to his Scorpio nature. At Karla Casillas and Co., he channels that energy into creating events that are both visually powerful and deeply personal. He’s known for building trusted relationships with clients, tourism boards, and business partners while ensuring every detail is intentional. Outside of work, you’ll find him traveling, at a concert, hanging with dogs, deep in a playlist filled with Madonna, or recharging with indoor cycling and meditation. Oh, and mayonnaise? Not in this lifetime.

The more he learns about the world, the more aware he becomes of its richness. With a genuine curiosity for discovering new perspectives, Bernardo has grown through the stories and dreams of the people he’s met along the way. His background in editorial fashion has shaped his eye for detail and aesthetics, something he now applies to creative projects with purpose and sensitivity.

He enjoys creating collaborative, relaxed environments where ideas flow naturally and connections feel real. With a focus on storytelling and strategy, Bernardo contributes to meaningful work that reflects both creativity and intention, always with a human, lighthearted touch.

Born and raised in Los Cabos, Sara has spent the last 10 years working in customer service and guest experience. Her career in events found her naturally! What began as curiosity quickly grew into a deep passion. She fell in love with the energy, the adrenaline, and the precision behind every celebration she helps bring to life.
