This is our signature service. It is designed for those who want a seamless, artfully guided journey from the first conversation to the final toast. From multi-day weddings to high-touch celebrations, we handle every detail: travel, timelines, logistics, budget, design, and so much more.
When you choose The Planner Experience, you receive a whole team:
• A Project Lead Manager to oversee logistics, contracts, and budget
• A Lead Wedding Planner to guide your planning journey
• An Event Designer to translate your story into beauty and atmosphere

For those who already have a planner but crave a curated, emotionally rich aesthetic, our design house offers a stand-alone service shaped by vision and intention.
You’ll be paired with our in-house stylists, floral artists, and production designers to develop a look and feel that reflects your story, not just a trend. Through mood boards, renderings, floral styling, lighting design, and table architecture, we shape ambiance as much as visuals.
